M.Ed., Certified Life Coach, CC
I work with soul-centered women who want to reconnect with their inner power and intuition so they can manifest a life filled with more meaning, purpose, alignment, passion, and confidence.
What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?
I offer coaching programs for women that interweave transformational growth, self-care, connection with the sacred feminine, ritual, mindset mastery skills, and personal empowerment. My clients are women who get up in the morning, go through their busy day, and find themselves wanting something more in life — more meaning, more purpose, more passion, more connection, more inner confidence, more soul-food, more authenticity in their relationships, more raw honesty, more love, more laughter, more feeling alive, and more magic. They want to learn how to break free of self-doubt, to reprogram their inner critic, and to release the old patterns that keep holding them back. They are ready and actively seeking change, freedom, and expansion.
Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?
I come to coaching from a background in women’s empowerment, outdoor education, teaching high-school science, training in sacred feminine leadership, and attending births as a doula. Coaching has given me a channel for my passion to help women become their most confident, empowered, and radiant selves — to rise above all the layers of doubt and fears and social anxieties to discover the freedom and innate power of being yourself and being whole. My heart is fed by and dedicated to this sacred work.
What differentiates you from other coaches?
With me you get the best of both worlds: the mind for systems thinking, organization, and accountability, as well as the intuitive, skilled, spiritual midwife. I regularly use ritual with clients as I find it to be a powerful tool for focused clarity, healing, releasing, intention setting, and manifesting. These rituals are non-denominational and require no previous experience, only an open mind. My coaching programs are primarily over the phone so they are accessible to the busy career woman and the busy stay-at-home mama.
What values are important to you when working with clients?
Transparency, honesty, integrity, and compassion are key values that I bring to the table when working with clients. I trust your intuition. I listen. I ask questions. Your consent– both your “Yes” and your “No”– are of great importance to me. This is your journey of empowerment. I am here to serve as your mentor and midwife as you take the next steps on the path of becoming the woman you most want to be.
What do you do for fun?
I love being out in nature with my family. Playing in the nearby stream with my children is a great reminder of life’s simple pleasures. We have a big garden, chickens, fruit trees, and berry bushes. It’s deeply satisfying for me to grow an abundant harvest and put it by for the winter. Sailing, dancing, creating art, and singing around a campfire with loved ones are ways to fill my heart with beaming joy.
