Master’s Degree in Social Work, University of California, Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Author, "Feel the Zest: 89 Ways to Be Fully Energized"
I help people strategize on ways to be physically active, and I provide customized health challenges for organizations who wish to enhance the well-being of their workforce.
What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?
I provide one-on-one coaching either telephonically or in-person (ideally while walking). I also consult with organizations to create optimal health and well-being in the workplace.
Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?
Coaching for me is an natural extension of the work I’ve been doing my whole life – inspiring people to be active and fully engaged in a life that really matters.
What differentiates you from other coaches?
I have a deep desire to help people explore new perspectives on health, empowering them to feel more alive and energized. When this exploration is done in a ‘walk and talk session’, people have an opportunity to experience immediate benefits.
What values are important to you when working with clients?
Being open, fully present and light-hearted
What do you do for fun?
I have a lively family with whom I spend a lot of time. My other passion is playing outdoors, and I’m blessed to have many bicycling, hiking and cross country ski mates.
