Most business owners spin their wheels trying to generate the amount of revenue they want; I know how you can turn leads into paying clients.
What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?
I offer business coaching to entrepreneurs making under 100K and to owners and CEO’s running larger companies. (The largest international company I worked for had a sales manager with a 65 person team and that division generated 24M in revenue.) I help people create their marketing messages, so that after you answer that age-old question, “So, what do you do?”, you will get this response, “WOW, how do you do that?” Next, I teach you how to convert those leads into sales. Or, I partner with you on how to better lead your team. Or, how to develop products, or develop systems to make everything run more smoothly. Or, how to stand out as a women at a boardroom table surrounded by men.
I was trained by Tony Robbins and have tons of experience with all types of large and small companies (from hedge fund owners to spas, carpet companies, restaurants owners, lawyers, realtors and artists). I also help aspiring business owners faced with a career change, especially those leaving corporate American to make that transition. ——Tell me what you want and I will tell you if I can coach you on how to get that in your life.—–
Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?
As far back as I can remember, I’ve been challenging myself and looking for something more, because something felt like it was missing. After working with a coach for as long as I have been one, I feel more motivated, clear headed, productive and efficient, and way happier. I go after what I want, even when it’s uncomfortable. I am constantly challenging myself to be more than I think I can be, and I love who I have become because of all these dares. I truly love my life.
What differentiates you from other coaches?
I’ve been in business since I was 27 and I got officially trained as a coach in 2000. I am certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and I have a PCC from the International Coach Federation. I have coached hundreds and hundreds of people on their life and business. Previously, I ran a graphic design business for 15 years where I developed a keen sense of design for promotional materials and websites. I adore what I do and can’t wait to wake up each day to work with my clients.
What values are important to you when working with clients?
The most important values are those of you, my clients. My first objective in working with someone is to uncover your values and your self-limiting beliefs. Next, we talk about your goals. With these three pieces of information, I can partner with you to co-create the type of life and business that you are best at, the one that maybe you don’t fully believe is possible to create (it is!) and the one that makes you happy.
What do you do for fun?
I love to garden, cook, travel, draw, work on my home, and spend time with my adult children, family and friends. I love to read and am always looking to understand more deeply, why we do the things we do, how does the world work, and how can we make it work better for all.
