As someone who is passionate about social change and sustainability, I am dedicated to helping purpose-driven people make the difference that they want to make, while taking good care of themselves, too.
What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?
I serve several specific clients…
- I teach healers and mission-driven entrepreneurs how to grow their businesses in a way that feels deeply fulfilling and sustaining.
- I support mission-driven leaders to build their confidence, overcome workplace conflict, and have a bigger impact.
- I guide people who are burnt out in their current position get clear on their next steps forward.
- And, finally, I help caretakers take better care of themselves, so they can better serve the people they care for, while enjoying their own lives, too.
Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?
For several years, I worked in Strategic Affairs for the hotel workers’ union. After my son was born, I left this work and became a yoga teacher, childbirth mentor, and birth doula. In January of 2013, I finally answered my calling to launch my practice as a professional coach.
I am dedicated to fostering a global movement of change-makers, social entrepreneurs, healers, and community leaders who want to fully live their calling and leave a powerful legacy, while sustaining their passion and enjoying their own lives, too. In this way, I work with my clients to co-create a healthier, happier, and more just world for our children and our children’s children.
What differentiates you from other coaches?
My clients are change-makers, visionary creators, social entrepreneurs, healers, and community builders. My clients are go-getters and high-achievers who are looking for a mentor with the skills and expertise to help them up their game and reach the next level of fulfillment in their lives. To them, being successful includes having the freedom to be their authentic selves, take good care of themselves, and fully live their life’s calling.
What values are important to you when working with clients?
I act as a thought partner, a sounding board who cares deeply about helping you reach your goals and fulfill your mission, while remaining unbiased and objective. Creating space for you to hear your own voice and gain a fresh perspective, I ask tough questions that shine light on your blind spots and speak truths that others might not share. I am a mix between your mentor, guide, teacher, trusted friend, and fiercely compassionate accountability partner. In every great story, the hero has allies, and I am honored to serve as my client’s ally on their journey through leadership and life.
What do you do for fun?
I love to dance, cook, read, write, walk in nature, and play board games with my son, Kai.
