Thank you Ingrid and the WMCA Leadership team for putting this together. I think that the learning that will come from this is applicable to business leadership, as well as to the rest of life. The challenges in business as well as in our world right now, require us to be effective leaders, in all areas of our lives. Our world needs us all to take leadership amidst great complexity and conflict. I would like to apply this learning to my work with mothers and families and the emotional intelligence required of parents to create strong family connections that build healthy families. This sounds like a wonderful event. Thank you Ingrid and the WMCA Leadership team for putting this together.
