CIC (Certified Personal Style, Wardrobe and Image Consultant), CHC (Certified Holistic Health Coach)
https://www.mystyleconfidence.com

I provide stress-free personal shopping, wardrobe & style building for women of all body types and budgets, helping you find clothes you love and feel great in.

What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?

I’m passionate about helping women 50+ step away from the critical “stories” that keep them stuck so they can confidently and playfully step into the gorgeous lives — and clothing — of their dreams. I’m here to help you find clothes you actually love, clothes that fit well and are comfortable, clothes that match your lifestyle, budget and current needs, and help you feel happy, strong, confident, and like your best self.

My services include:
Shop Your Closet:  I will help you create new outfits from the clothes you already have. Shift from wearing only 20% of what’s in your closet, to loving and wearing everything you own.

Please see my website for additional services.

Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?

I began my career as a teacher, and coaching naturally followed. My work is Holistic and client-centered — I’m here to help each client to thrive — to reach their goals, to tell their stories, to trust themselves. I love helping women turn down their snarky inner voice so they can create room for more possibilities, more freedom, self-expression, confidence, and fun.

It’s a privilege to be a part of each clients’ journey to their best, fullest, most rewarding lives. What motivates me every day is learning more about each person I work with, as well as the joy of witnessing my clients’ successes, evolutions/transformations.

What differentiates you from other coaches?

I’ve been a Holistic Coach for over 30 years specializing in a Mindful approach to help women heal their relationship with food, befriend their bodies, and update/refresh their mindsets. Since we spend our entire lives living in our bodies, feeding our bodies and dressing our bodies, my goal is to help you do this with curiosity, joy, playfulness and confidence.

My work is individual and focused on the specific needs of each individual client. Through our collaboration, you will increase Self-trust, Self-care/Self-love, Self-awareness, and Self-confidence. My clients tell me that my personal style is both playful and practical.

What values are important to you when working with clients?

All of my Coaching work is grounded in creating relationships built on trust, transparency, consistency, kindness, compassion, presence and active listening.

My Style Confidence work centers on: Sustainability, Clarity, Intention, Affordability, Body positivity/confidence and Size Inclusion. It begins with you learning about what YOU love, what makes YOU feel great!I believe our wardrobes are excellent tools for self-discovery, self-care and self-confidence, and that getting dressed everyday provides an opportunity to reclaim and celebrate our bodies and our lives. A way to have fun, to feel great, to create/express a new “story” and identity, to experiment, grow, and feel more free, grounded and happy in our current bodies.

My motto is BUY LESS, CHOOSE WELL. I believe in choosing quality over quantity. Being intentional. Repeating favorite outfits. Ignoring the Pundits/Rules, choosing what you love.

What do you do for fun?

I love painting, writing, dancing, walking, meditating, exploring new cities, learning, playing with my pup, dinners with friends, great conversations, train trips, The Arts, wonderful films.

Life Coaching
Board Certified Coach (BCC)
https://www.C3LifeCoach.com

C3 Life Coach offers personalized services to individuals, special workshops to small groups, and resources for those pausing to renew.

What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?

I offer life coaching. For some, life coaching is a means to an end — they seek support attaining an elusive goal. For others, something is happening — they aren’t sure what they want or what they can do. All, by choosing to partner with a life coach, are believing in themselves and their capacity to live today better.

Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?

Becoming a life coach was my next step in a career of developing systems, information, and tools to help people survive and thrive. I’m motivated by my clients — their deep desires and quiet courage facing challenges with possibilities. Although we each wend our own way, we aren’t meant to journey alone.

What differentiates you from other coaches?

At C3 Life Coach, it’s all about you! Together, we create an approach that starts wherever you’re at and evolves with you. Such flexibility is possible because my coaching embodies the natural processes of how we adapt, how we learn, and how we create something desirable amidst uncertainty. Together, we embrace the convergence of challenges, complexity of choices, and richness of possibilities at this time in your life.

What values are important to you when working with clients?

My values support each client’s dignity and individuality. I encourage a focus on personal values, a curious mindset, an optimistic attitude, flexibility in habits and patterns, nurturing of skills and capabilities, and cultivation of purposeful energy. I emphasize wholeness of mind, body, and spirit in life and with community.

What do you do for fun?

Life is short. I can’t wait for days off, special events, and vacations. I sprinkle fun throughout my day by sharing a smile, learning something, designing anything, discovering small wonders, experiencing nature, nourishing myself, connecting with those I love, pausing to appreciate it all. What do you enjoy? Do it!

Tim Morgan

Life and Relationship Coach for Men
Certified Life Coach by the Life Purpose Institute
https://TimMorgancoaching.com

I help men to get from here to there. What do you really want that you haven’t been able to make happen so far? Be honest…

What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?

I work helping men to meet the challenges of life and relationships in today’s complex world.  I would work with you to align your daily efforts with your bigger picture issues – your long range goals, personal values, even life’s purpose if that’s something you’re thinking about.  I’m particularly interested in how marriage can either help or hinder a man in his quest for living a fulfilling life.

Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?

I’ve always been interested in what works and what doesn’t work. I’ve been a licensed builder for over 30 years. Now I’m using my problem solving skills and my natural ability and desire to manifest and transform in a different, more personal, realm of endeavor – coaching. It is my desire to help you get from here to there, whatever that looks like for you.

What differentiates you from other coaches?

I will be consistently honest and straight forward, utterly non-judgmental, ruthlessly compassionate, challenging when appropriate, and completely committed to your success, however you define it. I’m ready when you are.

What values are important to you when working with clients?

If you’re going to work with me you need to be prepared to be, to the best of your ability, honest about where you’re at, clear about where you want to be, and courageous about how you’re going to get there. I can help you with all three of those steps.

What do you do for fun?

I like working on my house, digging in the dirt, running my chainsaw, weeding and pruning, making things out of wood, making and listening to music, reading and writing, eating and drinking, and spending time with my wife and family.
