PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Offering compassion to our clients as well as cultivating self-compassion in our own lives leads to optimal and effective coaching relationships.In this interactive program, various research, exercises and discussion topics will be presented to highlight how compassion for our clients, as well as self- compassion, allows us to be more present, connected and powerful as coaches.

Shana offers a uniquely tailored approach to meet each client’s needs and goals. With compassionate, powerful inquiry and dynamic coaching exercises, Shana’s clients have a safe place to create new possibilities, clarity and motivation, therefore leading to fulfillment in life, work and in love.
Shana’s specialties include: Personal Life Coaching, Career Coaching, Parenting Coaching, and Relationship Coaching.
Shana is an experienced workshop facilitator and has presented workshops on a variety of topics throughout her career. Some recent workshop titles include: “Assert Yourself,” “Rewrite Your Story Now,” “What Do You REALLY Want to Do?”, and “Put the Oxygen Mask on Yourself First.”

Shana earned a B.A. in Psychology from UMASS Amherst and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Antioch New England College. Shana continued to earn certification through the Institute for Life Coaching and most recently became a Board Certified Coach through the Center For Credentialing and Education.
