PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The March gathering will focus on WMCA 6.0 – the next evolution of WMCA and we need your input. At the February meeting, we learned about each others’ best resources and greatest needs and identified some potential areas for collaboration. We discovered how the richness in terms of diversity of coaches, resources and experience give WMCA its strength and depth. Now we want to leverage this into creating a sustainable future for all members.
Grant Ingle who facilitated the February meeting will present a summary of the Needs and Resources which were identified and aggregated across WMCA members attending the February meeting. The “State of the WMCA Organization” Group who volunteered to work on the findings will lead discussions on what emerged as key perceptions and suggestions for WMCA and what next steps to take.
The outcome of the meeting will be to move on ideas for improving our organization and then look at concrete action-items like Marketing, Referrals, Virtual Assistant sharing, etc.
We’d love to see you in the circle. RSVP (using our contact form) is optional but appreciated.
