PROGRAM OVERVIEW
At WMCA meetings we periodically use a “mastermind” format to tap into the resources we have in each other for our own business development. Although sharing one’s celebrations and challenges is optional, everyone gets a chance to benefit from the wisdom and feedback of the group. It’s always friendly and productive. (“Mastermind” refers to the wisdom of the group.)
These structured conversations are facilitated to make space for our practical concerns as professionals.
This format works well for newcomers who want to get to know other people involved in coaching.
