Facilitating Workshops:  What Makes a Great Workshop Great

Meeting Facilitator:  Dale Schwarz

Come and be part of a conversation about facilitating workshops. I’ll guide us through an exercise that will tap our collective wisdom.  By sharing our ideas we’ll all learn something new about leading workshops.  I’ll talk about what I’ve learned from my thirty-five years as a workshop facilitator – what works and what doesn’t.
About Dale Schwarz
Dale Schwarz is the co-founding Director of the Center for Creative Consciousness and The New England Art Therapy Institute. For over thirty-five years, her work as a Leadership and Personal/ Professional Coach, a Registered Art Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and workshop leader, has helped people bring forth their talents and creativity.  She co-authored Facilitative Coaching: A Toolkit for Expanding Your Repertoire and Achieving Lasting Results (Wiley/Pfeiffer 2009) and contributed chapters to various books, most recently in Supervision in Coaching (2011).  http://www.tocreate.org
