Business and Leadership Coaching and/or Consulting
PCC, CPCC
http://www.ILoveMondayMornings.com

I provide leadership and business coaching &/or consulting; my specialty is partnering with lawyers and law firms, especially those who are working to end sexual harassment and sexual assault.

What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?

I love flipping people’s work life from frustration and stress into running streamlined, satisfying and profitable businesses. I am passionate about working with any business owner or team on how to enhance their business strategies and leadership, as well as on engaging their people to be innovative and productive. My specialty is partnering with lawyers and law firms, especially those who are working to end sexual harassment and sexual assault.

The best place to start is to visit my website, www.ILoveMondayMornings.com, to get the current free offer and to see what I am up to, so you can determine if I might be a good outside asset in your life and business!

(I have worked with business owners in various industries: financial management, real estate, printing, construction, credit unions, bistros, hotels, etc. I have also worked with healers of all kinds and many corporate leaders who are now out on their own.)

Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?

Coaching has literally changed my life. First, I am now motivated and inspired by my values in every decision I make, and we each make decisions all day long. (I no longer use that ineffective pro and con list.) We are learning that living by your values matters more than we think in life. For me, living by my values has resulted in dramatically increased productivity, dramatically reduced stress, and so much more happiness. I also feel energized since I uncovered my life’s mission – working to end sexual harassment and sexual assault while taking excellent care of myself – and this has allowed me to truly say, I Love Monday Mornings. I think you deserve to say, “I Love Monday Mornings,” too.

What differentiates you from other coaches?

I’ve been in business since I was 27. I bring 32 years of entrepreneurship to the table in the form of experience, knowledge and skills that I readily share so you can bypass the mistakes I’ve made!

With my lawyer and law firm clients, I bring 18 years of industry specific experience. For those lawyers working on sexual harassment and sexual assault cases, I am becoming more and more versed in the particular challenges these lawyers face and I add a fresh outside perspective.

Third, I was awarded coach specific credentials in 2001, earning my first certification, a CPCC, with the renowned Coaches Training Institute (coactive.com), and a second higher certification, a PCC, from the International Coach Federation (coachfederation.org), the body that certifies coach training schools. Further, I was trained by business guru Tony Robbins, and was one of his coaches for several years.

Finally, as an added benefit to anyone marketing their business, I ran my own graphic design and advertising business for 14 years. In this position, I developed a keen design sense for promotional marketing materials and effective websites, meaning, I am skilled at online marketing so that your website actually generates leads!

What values are important to you when working with clients?

My values are seriousness tempered with humor, creativity, and being on target with my life’s mission. However, the most important values are those of my clients as well as discovering their blind spots, which every single human has. Write this down: Your values will give you motivation and direction. Your blind spots will keep you spinning and stuck. If you are stuck it is not because you lack effort, it is because 1) you don’t know your values or honor them and/or 2) you are missing the skills of uncovering and tending to your blind spots. I’d love to show you how. 🙂

What do you do for fun?

I love to dance, garden, travel, hike, and spend time with myself, my family and friends. I adore learning and I am always looking to understand more deeply how we can have a more peaceful, sustainable, and loving world for all people.

Meggie Winchell

Life Purpose, Authentic Relationship & Women's Empowerment
Certified Life Coach with the Life Purpose Institute, B.A., B.S., M.Ed.
http://www.soulcenteredlifecoaching.com

I help soul-centered women move forward on their path with authentic confidence, clarity, and purpose.

What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?

My clients are women seeking support on the journey of personal empowerment. I’m here to offer the tools, techniques, and compassionate accountability to help you overcome life’s challenges and birth your visions into reality. What this looks like is different for every person and coaching is highly personalized. This is an opportunity to:

  • Increase your confidence and self-esteem
  • Break free from overwhelm, old patterns, and limiting beliefs
  • Discover your passions
  • Gain tools for navigating challenging relationship dynamics
  • Create clean boundaries
  • Explore what your true priorities in life are
  • Learn how to access your intuition when making decisions
  • Get clear on what the next steps are for a project, career change, or life transition
  • Create a life with greater balance and internal harmony
  • Align with your life purpose.

Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?

I came to coaching with a background in teaching, outdoor leadership, mindset mastery, attending births as a doula, and 15+ years in the field of women’s empowerment. The world needs more confident, courageous, vibrant women who are living life according to their own inner compass. Creating space for this transformative work is my passion.

What differentiates you from other coaches?

My coaching style is both intuitive and professional. I have a strong left brain as well as a strong right brain and I move easily between them as I stay present to the moment and to your process.

This means you get the best of both worlds: the structure, organization, and systems that create a safe container, consistency, and results as well as the creative processes, emotional awareness, and energetic alignment that open the door for profound shifts, healing, and expansion.

Prior to each coaching session I email clients a Reflection Journal with a series of focusing questions. When clients take advantage of this opportunity to check-in and set intentions, our sessions often go much deeper. It also provides the motivation to pause and journal.

I welcome LGBTQ clients as well as people beyond the binary.

Every time a new private client signs on to work with me I make a financial contribution towards the upliftment of Women of Color and Indigenous Women.

What values are important to you when working with clients?

Important values to me include being fully present, listening deeply, open communication, integrity, honesty, compassion, acknowledgement of systemic injustices, curiosity, a willingness to be vulnerable, a desire for new possibilities, a sense of discovery, a commitment to doing your inner work, and the courage to take a deep breath and grow.

I am dedicated to supporting you in trusting your own intuition and truth.

What do you do for fun?

I love being out in nature with my family: camping, canoeing, gardening, picking berries, cross-country skiing, or just playing by the stream. You may also find me preserving food for the winter, immersed in a craft project, dancing, or cozied up with a good book by the wood stove.

Val Nelson

Holistic Career and Business Coach for Introverts and HSPs
THE BLACK SWAN COACH
https://valnelson.com

As an introvert and highly sensitive person (HSP) who is loving my work, I am honored to be helping others like me to find their own clarity, purpose, and natural flow, so they can bring their needed gifts to the world... and keep breathing.

What type of coaching do you offer and to whom?

Business Coaching, Career Coaching – primarily for introverts and highly sensitive people (HSPs) who are in career transition, wanting more ease with self-employment, or wanting to know “the best use of you.”

I know there’s nothing wrong with you, just wrong fits that make you feel wrong.

My clients want their life to matter and they want support from someone who gets their sensitive soul needs. I get it.

If something feels off with your career and/or your self-employment journey, I invite you to visit my website and find some ways to learn and connect.

Why did you get into coaching? What motivates you?

After a career that spanned many fields and interests, I discovered coaching as something that brought together my strengths and my heart’s calling. It feels like natural flow and I love it. I feel motivated by the impact I see happening for my clients as they are making a life and a living with more ease and flow.

What differentiates you from other coaches?

I bring together an understanding of confidence, business and marketing, intuitive and heart-led decision making, working with one’s strengths as an introvert and/or HSP, and how to stay centered through it all. My clients go from dreading the whole career and business stuff to loving it, and there’s no extrovert mask required.

I bring a left and right brain integrated approach so that heart-centered people can also have ease and sustainability in bringing their gifts to the world.

In addition to individual coaching, I also offer online courses and small groups that can help you through some steps, in a budget-friendly way.

What values are important to you when working with clients?

We have to break out of the old mold that says success is only for white extroverted left-brained men.  I help people who tend to feel left out of that mold – such as introverted heart-centered women from all cultures. I believe they have many gifts for the world and many natural talents. I love helping you uncover your way that feels true to who you are.

I’m dedicated to being inclusive and I love hearing feedback when my cultural blindspots get in the way. I offer some no-cost and low-cost options for those who are Black and/or Indigenous as a step towards reparations.

What do you do for fun?

Dancing (swing, Latin, ballroom, Zydeco), writing, reading, drawing, meditation, being outdoors in nature, and laughing with family and friends.
