PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Join us for an informal evening featuring two of our WMCA wellness coaches: Marianne Reiff and Linda Tumbarello. They will each share self care tools and techniques they use with their clients. We all lead such busy lives that it is important to schedule some time for ourselves. Learn how five or ten minutes of self care can reinvigorate you and transform your day.
Marianne Reif is an accredited EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner in private practice in the Northeast and globally on-line. To this work she brings the experience of a long teaching career in higher education and extensive work as an accredited Mindfulness Coach through the Gestalt International Study Center on Cape Cod. She has experienced the efficacy the Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) working with individuals on a broad continuum of difficult life issues. Although her primary modality is EFT, Marianne offers complimentary services to individuals and groups: Picture Tapping Technique (PTT); Mindful Acupressure & Muscle Testing: and True Colors Personality Assessment.
Linda Tumbarello is a highly experienced Psychotherapist, Therapeutic Body Work Practitioner, Health/Wellness and Life Coach. and the author of “The Heart of Self-Care: A Women’s Guide to Joyful Living and Well-Being”. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Body Mind Centering® Practitioner, Linda has a private practice in Northampton, MA and works with clients on the phone and via Skype.
